Many times I see message - Word Error, my Microsoft Office failed every time. I work in Citrix. Thanks.

What does your Event Viewer show in the Application log for it? There should be an event ID as well as a detailed description on the error.

Here is how to view the Event Viewer in Windows XP and here is how to view it in Windows Vista.
