when i try and close, minimize or restore up or down using the top toolbar in word 2007 the program freezes and i need to use crtl+alt+del to shut it down. if i close the program via the office button everything is ok. I still have the problem when i open it in safemode. I have tried the registry fix - deleting the data file in 12.0 but no joy. platform is XP pro - any suggestions?
