Welcome Batty. Do you mean change an Icon, or copy a picture file to a folder

Go into Windows Media Player > Library > Album > Right click on the album in question > Paste Album Art. Before you do that, you must copy a JPEG/JPG picture into the clipboard.

So. When you try to copy the picture file to the music folder. What actually happens. Are there any pop-ups telling you why it can't do it?
