Hello guys,
i have installed Windows 7 on my XP PC. After the restart i get the following error in the boot menu: Windows/system32/winload.exe Status:0x000000f.
Who can help me to solve this problem?
Greetings

Hi Vista-Pat, did you have XP installed before you added Win 7? It sounds like error is coming from the boot manager after installing Win 7. Even if you do not use XP anymore or formatted it could be that the boot manager is still found and gives your errors. Could you please tell us if XP is still on this system. Matt

Vista-Pat, try this and see if it helps. It´s written for Vista but should also work with Windows 7. Matt
