when I am trying to enable ICS on Windows xp, it says that I can't.

Here's the message from what it says:

Internet Connection Sharing cannot be enabled. A LAN connection is already configured with the IP address that is required for automatic IP addressing.

What can I do?

What is your internet connection type? Dial-Up, DSL, Cable, etc.
What is the make and model of the modem if you have one?
What is the make and model of the router if you have one?
