Windows will restart automically in 15 minutes

Help, I have tried to go into my update options and fix this issue, but my xp pc keeps popping up that it will start automatically in 15 minutes, do I want to restart now or later?
I also have another 2 issues; I keep getting this error in Google Chrome that "windows plug in is disabled".
I also get another error that says "Shockwave Flash has crashed".

The Last Update might not have been Successful, goto Control Panel -> Windows Update & check for the KB Article, if you Find any Unsuccessful Update several Times then Just Disable that Update by Right Clicking & Hide Update, then search for the KB Article in Microsoft Website & Update Manually this Could Solve the Issue, - My Personal Experience in Win7

Update the Google Chrome if Still Persists then Uninstall Chrome & Delete the Files in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome
then ReInstall would Solve
Update Shockwave Flash from the Adobe Website Directly
