Windows vista switch between windows

I have windows vista all of a sudden since last week i am having trouble getting switch between windows to stop doing it while i am on here ...why is this happening??? i can't stop it it is driving me nuts!!!!! i'll be sitting here and all of a sudden it dose it HELP!!!!!!

Please explain better, what windows, full screen, windowed, etc. Is the window it switched to 'active' or had something changed on it?

I've had it happen and it can be 'normal'.

Program name doing it would help too.

My computer screen keeps switching between windows when all i am doing is just sitting here . i have pages open and it just keeps doing this all by itself

Where is your mouse while all this is going on and have you changed batteries or tried a different mouse. If you are using a laptop touch pad turn it off and see if using a mouse instead fixes the problem.
