Whenever i start problem reports and solutions windows says problem reporting is turned off turn it back on in the advanced settings or have an administrator do it. I AM an admin. and windows services states the service is started and running. When i try to access the advanced setting everything is grayed out. Anybody find a solution? I am running windows vista home premium sp2
