windows unable to update from microsoft update site, it scans n throws up same error code... ( website encounted a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view error no: 0x80072EE2.Iv followed various trouble shooting ideas but to no avail, please help

internet explorer, although its got firefox installed too,could this be a prob then
