(Solved) - Windows Refresh Image Creation: Default Image?

I want to follow the guide found here: http://www.howtogeek.com/10894.....windows-8/ and I am wondering how to select the default Refresh image that comes with your computer. Any ideas?

If you need it I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro from Windows 7. I then upgraded to Windows 8 Pro with Media Center.

Yes I have read the article you sent me. I understand that Refresh removes your desktop programs, but according to the article in the original post that I made, the image will preserve any programs that were installed at that time.

Personally I don't use this feature in Windows 8, I prefer to use Acronis True Image for my backup, you can also use http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx.
What I do is create an Image to a separate Hard Drive at least once a month after updating Windows 8 and all apps + cleaning up my system.

Did you do I fresh install of Windows 8?

I found how to choose the default Windows 8 Refresh image. In the command prompt (admin) type: recimg.exe /deregister
