A Friend just sent me notice by E-mail.

The basic edition of EasyRE is available for just $9.75 and the business/professional edition sets you back $29.75.

May be worth it if you don't have a Full Installation Copy of O/S or don't know how to make and use WinRE

"It can be used to fix common boot errors (bootmgr not found, bootmgr compressed, winload.exe, ntldr is missing, etc), automatic restarts, and BSODs encountered at boot."

Remember back that they once gave away free restore discs but MS stopped them so they have to charge a fee now.

Choose for XP, Vista and Windows 7 O/Ses.

@Rick, Would it be worth it to have all three if you do some part time computer repair? Your valued opinion.

YES I think so because so many folks still use XP and Vista plus will continue to do so.

Even some current Builder motherboards still ship with drivers for all three O/Ses.

You'll probably re-coup the investment back with the first repair you do.

Thanks Rick, I mostly don't charge, except for parts. Tips are accepted however. Just a satisfying hobby when things go right.LOL

Yes I never did charge when I use to fix computers but have to have the correct tools for even a hobby. :) :)
