Windows not loading- blue screen

Woke up this morning to my pc not loading windows. It constantly keeps going to blue screen and then to the " fix windows or start normal screen." I have tried safe mode and start from known location but both send me back to the blue screen. Have windows 7 and have no clue what to do next. My wife did tell me that she was prompted with a window saying Norton needed to restart the computer so she did and now we have this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the error message on the Blue screen. (we will need this).

Do you have any recovery disks or a recovery partition?

0xf4 is usually Hardware related but would need the Parameter codes to define the problem as we are simply shooting in the dark.

Jeremy , what are the numbers/codes after the 0xf4 ?

Hi, i had the same trouble a days ago, not sure if i had the exact same code, but in my case was a corrupt mother driver, windows reparation works perfect.

Sorry if i'm not very clear, english isn't my first lenguage
