Windows Mail Export from Windows Vista-not able to browse and select folder

I am trying to export my Saved Messages Folders from my Windows Mail/Windows Vista to my Windows Live Mail/Windows 7. When I try to select a folder to store the exported files to (my external hard drive), the Browse button won't let me do anything and I can't type in a location to store the exported files. Is there another way for me to export these messages?

Hmmm, when I try to export my Windows Mail the brows button brings up a window where I can select a folder. Right Clicking allows me to make a New folder if necessary.
