That will give you Windows Live Mail, which is in the cloud computing. Data will not be stored on your computer, but on Microsoft servers. If you're ok with that you can use it (me personally I find it intrusive: it allows MS to insert adds into your mail and your data is in theĆr hands).
If you have Vista and upgraded from there, you can copy the folder Windows Mail to the folder program files in your Windows 7 and it should run from there. That way you still have Window Mail :)
