windows live sharing folder

hi does anyone know how to create a sharing folder when the person is offline? i want to send something to my friends computer but as they are at work obviously the're not online lol. if it isnt possible to do this can anyone suggest an alternative method of sending it? as i'm going over and i want to use these files on her computer.

If the total of the file sizes is less than 6Gb, you could use something like gSpace
