how do I add another windows live mail acct

hi everyone, thank you very much for your help. after trying everything and even reinstalling windows i found the problem was very simple. i had set windows live mail to run in compatibility mode for windows vista SP2, i did this because in this way you can minimize WLM to the notification area. now i will have to find a different way to do this.

i would have thought that reinstalling WLM would set the compatibility option back to standard eg. "do not run in com. mode", it seems it doesnt...

oh and it wasnt raptr (whatevery that is).
