I too get the same error message. It always pops up when I first boot my computer and randomly after that. I dont have nero or divx. I tried codecs nothing works, and I cant seem to find any solutions anywhere. Im running on windows home premium 32-bit on a Gateway M-6325 laptop. Please you guys are my last hope.
