Am experiencing an error message on Explorer: WerFault.exe Application error, then it restarts and I lose anything I have on screen. This is happening all the time now. Help!!!! My lap top is only a month old!

Lighthouse, Thank you soooo much for your help! I'm not the least bit "techy" but I followed the instructions and so far so good. I have another issue maybe you can assist me with. I am trying to load a new Norton on this laptop, since the Norton that came w/it is about to expire. I can not load the new Norton on, it just stops loading after the initial start of the process. I tried uninstalling the old Norton and it won't work either. So, I'm stuck. Yikes!
