i am regularly getting a dialogue box
windows detected a hard disk problem
Back up your files immediately to prevent information loss,and then contact the computer manufacturer to determine if you need to repair or replace the disk
->start backup process
->ask me later(if the disk fails before next warning, you could lose all of the programs and documents on the disk.)

immediate steps
Because a disk failure will cause you to lose all programs,files and documents on the disk,you should back up your important information immediately.Try not to use your computer until you have repaired or replaced the hard disk.

Which disk is failing?
The following hard disk are reporting failure:
Disk Name:SAMSUNG HD322HJ ATA Device
volume: C:\,D:\,E:\

Whenever i start my computer it checks my disks(one of your disks need to be checked).
suddenly one day it started showing the above dialogue box ,
after that i restarted my PC.
and i stuck with another problem....
the system was freezed at the initial boot screen where it says to press F2 for bios setting..
i have to power it on and off many times to start my PC.

i thought that formatting the c drive and re installing windows may help me.
but nothing changed it still freezes .it still checks the disks and it still shows this dialogue box
note:MY HARD DISK IS NEW(I GOT MY OLD HARD DISK REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD).

Any help will be appreciated :)

i tested it with seatool for DOS(a Long test). it gave around 18 errors.
and the short test showed something like ... SMART TRIPPED !!!

so hows that?

Absolutely,as gedstar said and which was obvious from your first post anyway,
the hdd needs to be replaced.
