Windows blocks Chrome @ startup

Error message = "Windows has blocked some start-up programs." It has blocked Google Chrome (my OS)! What is the remedy?

If I were Windows I wouldn't let another Operating System run either. Are you trying to run two operating systems at once?

Or do you mean your browser not working (Chrome)?
Did it (Chrome) work before and what other browsers are you running?

You posted in Vista so assume you are in windows!
