Windows 8 VS Windows 8 Pro [rant]

I am rather put out with articles that discuss Windows 8 Pro but refer to it as Windows 8.
Example :

The cited article does not mention that Windows 8 does NOT include Hyper-V. You need Windows 8 Pro.

Oh and if you purchased a new computer with Windows 8, to upgrade to Pro costs $69. And no the $40 deal will not work. attempting to purchase the $40 version leads to an "unavailable" message.

So you purchased an hors d'oeuvre and expect not to pay additional for the steak? I think typically everyone refers to Windows 7 capabilities and never says, "but, not Windows 7 Starter".
