(Solved) - Windows 8: Turn off Caps Lock and get rid of arrows

I don't know if it's relevant to Win8 (I don't use Win8), but HTG did an article on disabling/remapping CapsLock on Vista/Win7...
There are MANY that will turn off the arrows, I used (I think) Vista Shortcut Manager, and it did work.
As for CAPS LOCK, well, some BIOS's have a setting for that. Yours might, have you looked at it? Also some programs that will run at boot time, like THIS ONE should work?
If you want it OFF permanently, LOOK HERE for a way to do it.
If you are proficient in Visual Basic you can also write a program to do it on boot, also available on the web, GOOGLE for it.

This Windows Shortcut Arrow Editor looks like it will do the job on the arrows.
