IS THE WINDOWS 8 IS JUST OS. FOR TABLET OR CAN BE USED ON PC AND NOTEBOOK

Windows 8 can be used on PC and notebooks.

The currently available Windows 8 RP can run on any PC that can run Windows 7.

Once the product is released, there will be 2 versions. A special version for the tablets that have ARM (Risc) architecture and a Pro version that runs on traditional PCs.
