Running Windows 7 Ultimate, is there a Windows 8 equivalent, and is it necessary?

I think Windows 8 Enterprise would be the equivalent, but that's only for Volume License, Windows 8 Pro is the next best thing.

Most all of the "Ultimate" features have been rolled into Win8 pro.
