When the OS starts on my laptop it goes well for about 20-30 sec (while it's still booting). Then instead of the metro style (the kernel) I get a black screen (with no cursor on). When I run the automatic troubleshooter I get no error. Also I don't know how to work in the command prompt (in the recovery) to see what's the problem. Help!
