Thanks, my reply was to bump this post, I only beta tested Win 8 (but it was not for me), but some members here run it as their main OS without issues and may come back with a resolve for you.
We need to know the make and model of your computer. Viewing the video, my gut says (since every app seems to have the issue) you might have a loose cable from computer to monitor, which may not apply since we do not know if you are using a notebook, desktop or tablet.
i'm using Dell Inspiron 5110 .
BTW not all apps just the apps that i download from Store but others apps(windows apps) such as weather , videos, music... works very good.
