prob works with both win 7 and 8...how do you set window preferences so that when you open a file, it always opens a certain size and a certain place on desktop and always in details..also how to open win media player in full (not full screen) every time...?

In my windows 7 if i size a window and move it to a location, the next time I open it it opens in that location and in that size. Nothing to set.

When you get your window open, located and sized to your liking hit the F5 key then close the window by clicking on the Red "X" in the upper rt corner.
