I have two partitions so I will not loose any files, but all the programs I have installed and settings.if I put the other HD I have vista on it right now and it works fine and I am able to access the HD with the win7 installation trough the visa and also move any files if I have to,but my goal is to save the current win7 and all it's settings

I just noticed another thing,on the startup recovery shows me I have 3 drives:local C local D and Boot X(which is about 31mb only),any idea what is the X,and on the cmd when I do the commands is under x:\windows\system32
Isn't it suppose to be under C not X for the cmd to have effect on C ?

One more thing, why on cmd when I do C:\>bootrec/RebuildBcd command
It says scanning all disk for Windows installations
And then it says "Successfully scanned Windows installations.
Total identified Windows installations:0
The operation completed successfully"

How come it does not find the win7 installation?

Since you made a copy of Partition Wizard before put it in and boot from it.
Look at that "X" drive and see what is on it.
You might also be able to repair your MBR since you have removed your old HDD.
