Windows 7 startup problem
(44 posts)I just noticed another thing,on the startup recovery shows me I have 3 drives:local C local D and Boot X(which is about 31mb only),any idea what is the X,and on the cmd when I do the commands is under x:\windows\system32
Isn't it suppose to be under C not X for the cmd to have effect on C ?
One more thing, why on cmd when I do C:\>bootrec/RebuildBcd command
It says scanning all disk for Windows installations
And then it says "Successfully scanned Windows installations.
Total identified Windows installations:0
The operation completed successfully"
How come it does not find the win7 installation?
