windows 7 - quick launch

hi
i have some annoying small problem in win-7 .
when i add the quick launch bar in toolBar it always disappears after the 3-4 restarts or 3-4 shutdowns and
i need to re-add it back every time it goes....i was digging and digging in settings and couldn't solve it ....

That was one reason I got rid of it. It is a known problem. The other reason was that there is no "add to Quick Launch" in the right click context menu. I solved the problem by using an extra toolbar instead (right click on taskbar > Tollbars > New Toolbar). Put a folder with the shortcuts of the programs you want to park there on the desktop. At the end, this is a lot handier than some retarded Quick Launch. And you can have several extra toolbars depending on subject ( e.g. URL's, Programs, folders, Etc.)

I don't recall what I used to add one, but I've never had it disappear?
