Depends on where you ordered it from I guess? Mine came 1 week after release via Amazon. Check with your vendor, might have been 'lost'.

I placed one of those early bird orders with MS. I have a confirmation, but no CD yet. I was wondering too what is going on. But there is no rush because the RC is still going strong.
