Windows 7 does not recognize any of my networking hardware. How do i install the drivers for these devices if i have no internet access?

Also im using virtual box to run off my vista computer.

I run W7 in Virtual Box too and did not have any of these problems. Try what I outlined in the picture.

No problem. Us "Virtual Boxers" have to help each other. I also draw your attention to this Sticky Thread where I have posted a tutorial on Virtual Box, etc.
