Windows 7 keeps changing the theme

I've set up a custom theme that cycles through a bunch of wallpapers on Windows 7. However, sometimes, randomly, Windows 7 decides to take whatever the current wallpaper is and create a new theme with just that wallpaper and use that instead of my custom theme. With the beta, this happened if I ever left my computer on overnight. With the RC, it didn't happen until I installed Switcher and Dexpot for Windows Management. Now it seems to happen randomly, even if I'm not using either of those two apps. Anyone know how I can stop Win7 from changing the theme constantly without uninstalling either program?

Happening to me to. Thought it was just me.

I've a sneaking suspicion it occurs when some Power Saving mode kicks in e.g. Sleep mode
