Windows 7 Home Prem. 32 bit

I have Windows Home Prem. 32 bit windows 7. I want to install raid 1, and understand the software will not support it. The motherboard (Gigabyte GA-890XA-UD3 ) will support Raid 1. Will it work if I set Raid 1 up on the motherboard.

You will lose everything on the hard drive unless you make a backup image.

Follow the instructions in your Manual for setting up Raid 1 in Bios with two hard drives.

You can Clean Install the machine following this tutorial OR re-image the raid 1 array from the image backup which you made above.

If you decide to clean install do this with DVD and start at this picture in the instructions.

Machine Builders are expected to know this stuff so very little detail instructions need be given. :)
