due to some problems i have formatted the system many times around 6times there will be any problem occur

Stop doing that... you will go blind.

Kidding aside, if you are regularly reformatting your hard disk and reinstalling your Win OS... no harm done, really -- unless you are using an SSD which has more limited write cycles.

But you might want to dig into exactly what problems you are having that's making you reformatting so often.

At some point you will want to wipe your HDD instead of just formatting.
You can download this free utility > burn to disk > change your boot order > then boot your system and wipe your drive.
