I'm trying to create a new virtual drive. I'm following these instructions here on How-To Geek: instruction

When I get to "Create a volume", there is no unallocated space - area to the right of Disk 1. When I right click on that area, no dialog box opens. When I right click on the gray Disk 1 area, there is no option for New Simple Volume.

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Oooops... I was only assigning 8 MB instead of 8 GB. Sorry about that.
