Windows 7 BOOTMGR Problems

When I start my laptop it displays this message BOOTMGR is missing press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Windows 7 RC 7100 32-bit

i'm having the same problem. i have an hp s7700n windows vista desktop. help! recovery cd's i've downloaded have not worked. i have 10 yrs of research on my family tree on this pc!

@ stormfish, welcome to How-To-Geek,

Have you tried using a Windows recovery disc? If not learn how to create one here, or if you have a Windows Vista disc simply insert that at boot up.
