hdd1: 80gb partition 1 (windows 7 before bsod) and partition 2
hdd2: 250gb (no OS)

background:
got hit with win7 bsod. safe mode doesnt work, enable vga doesnt work, repair doesnt work, boot from win7cd doesnt work. i can access my drives and can boot using puppy linux liveCD. decided and went ahead with formatting partition 1, thinking i can do a fresh install of win7. after reboot, i get

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

this is posted via seamonkey from puppy linux liveCD.

request: please help me work around "missing bootmgr" and do a fresh win7 install.

SOLVED: deleted the partition. was able to boot from the win7CD. now, I have another problem when trying to reinstall
