Windows 7 boot problem

Hello

I am using Windows 7 and when I power the PC up the following error occurs - USB Over Current Status Detected, Computer will shut down in 15 seconds.

As soon as it powers down I press the power button again the the PC boots up perfectly.

When it boots the system is stable any ideas on why I need to go through this process?
