Hi All

I have been busy loading on my programs and have hit a snag with easycap for my video camera
( when i want to use analog) and my infrared camera. when i try to put the driver on it gets half way
and then asked to please update win-2k version to service packed 4. looking on google this is for windows 2000
so i am stumped. any ideas please

i forgot to say it works fine with vista

thanks

Sounds like a driver install problem due to the installer? It doesn't recognized W7 as a legitimate platform and assumed then you are one W2K but not with the latest level of code? I'd check with the h/w vendor and see if they have a later driver.

i sorted it. i found the setup.exe file, right clicked it. went to properties, compatibility, and clicked run in compatibility
mode for vista and i also clicked run as administrator, then i ran the exe file as normal and the driver ran no probs
