Does anyone know why premium channels in fancast (comcast) do not work with windows 7?? I could watch anything on my laptop before upgrading to windows 7. Now it just says unable to play video-I have contacted fancast which goes to comcast and have gotten NO WHERE??

any clues??

My clean install of Win 7 Home Premium plays all of Fancast well. You do need to insure that Adobe Flash player & Shockwave player are installed. Check your Programs & Features list, found in Control Panel, to see if they are there. If not, go to Adobe.com to download them, and be sure to uncheck the toolbar offerings before doing so. They will slow down your browser.
