I have in fact and aero is selected, however i am unable to uncheck it because it is unclickable. I have troubleshooted it and windows says "windows device manager disabled" i click to enable it, and it remains disabled.. I do have a preview that comes on but its simply text, like in older models of windows. still up the creek without my previews

forgot to ask if you have ......
- right clicked on your start button
