When i go on (Windows Security Center) i 'l see that Mlaware protection bar is in red and Check setting on the right end. when i click on it,(virus protection) it say: window did not find antivirus software on this computer. and at the right hand side it say.find a program Not found.

And now it's spyware and other malware protection.
It say (widow defender is turned off.
at the other end. it say Off and in a box (turn on now).

Now here's the catch,,,on that same page on top left and sideon have
window update
window firewall
window defender
ect,,, when i press on window defender. I end up on anoter screen ,, were it ...no unwanted or harmful software detected. Your computer is running normally... wow

Hi Rick, for one, you do not seem to have a security suite like Norton, Kaspersky or some other antivirus program. That is why you get "windows did not find antivirus software on this computer" under spyware protection in Malware. That is also why the Malware bar is red. Suggest you get antispyware asap - very important.
Then, Turn Windows Defender ON. The message: "no unwanted or harmful software detected. Your computer is running normally" means that your computer is currently clean - but that can change any day if you don't install antivirus software.
