My niece just got an HP laptop Win8 for Christmas. She's having trouble logging in due to Parental Consent "loop". She's 26 years old and keeps getting the same requests for parental consent even after doing as instructed on the computer.

Thanking you in advance.

dee645, does the popup say "reminder: View the Parental Control activity" if so do this
Click Start, Control Panel, click User Accounts
Click Family Safety, click Set up parental controls for any user
In the Tasks pane on the left, click Family Safety Options
Select Never to turn off Parental Controls notification
