Everything looks good unless you do not actually have 29.9GB of user data, pictures, videos, etc. Then you need to look closely there.

for a few more opinions , Xhi is correct from what you have shown you should be okay.

There may be some other simple solutions to your problem as in cleaning out some temp files ,
but if you could expand the C:Users folders in win dir then take a few screen shots
we could let you know what is safe to delete.

Oh in win dir go to the C: user folder in the feft pane then click on it like this

then expand each folder and look for anything you do not need or recognize
then ask us or delete it if you are sure it is safe to do so.

Actually except for Appdata 8GB OP has 21GB in music, pictures and videos. This petty much accounts for the space.

Apple backup and lots of music, pictures and videos. Got to remove some or buy a bigger disk. All looks normal to me.

@Xhi yeah i agree Apple dumps backup on HDD didnt know that thought it had it on thier cloud.
