Hi all, I just got a copy of Windows 7 Beta build (due to be released in a few days) from an IT friend of mine today and was wondering how I should install it? Should I dual boot (install on a seperate drive) and what could be the worst case scenario if it all went wrong? Matt

Win 7 Beta Build
(5 posts)It works pretty well, but you should note that it requires activation after 30 days (although you can extend that), and it has a hard cut-off date when it will stop working entirely (aug 1st).
Windows 7 is roughly just Windows Vista with a new taskbar, a few updated screens, and UAC is mostly disabled by default.
