(Solved) ~ Will Vista drivers work with Win 7?

Hi all, well I´ve backed my HD´s and will be doing a clean install of Win7 x64 beta soon. One question, what drivers do I use? Win7 is pretty much the same code as Vista, so do I download Vista x64 drivers (for my graphics cards for example) then? Thx in advance, Matt

HI Madmacs,

Your vista x64 drivers will work with Vista as Windows 7 is backwards compatible, I installed a copy yesterday and didn't even need to download the drivers for my graphics card (Nvidia 8500gt).

Just thought I´d let everyone know that I download Vistax64 drivers for the 8800gt from Nvidia and everything went well (during installation the screen stated "Windows 7 drivers" were being installed). Although Win7 automatically detects the drivers I had to install from Nvidia due to my sli setup which wasn´t automatically detected/used. Matt
