Why re-fresh the page? Ajax can do it!

Ajax provides a method for exchanging data asynchronously between browser and server to avoid full page reloads.
Why re-fresh the page to check if there is a new post or a answer to your question?

The BBC make very good use of that technology on some pages.
For now, I use this in Palemoon. http://reloadevery.mozdev.org/
There are versions for FF, Chrome and in Opera it is already installed

+1 for reloadevery... nice :) don't set it to reload to quick if you type slow you will get half way through & guess what... yeh it will reload :):) after this happened a few times i used my ''notepad'' then copy+paste .but as mike say's tis good .
