Which program want to DIAL-UP

When computer turns ON, some program immideatly want to DIAL UP my line. When can I see, which program ?

Go to Start > control panel > Internet options (make sure that you are in classic view) > connections tab > select the dial-up setting and click on Remove button > apply and ok. These steps are to be followed only if you don't use a dial-up connection to connect to the internet net.

If you use a dial-up connection then select "Never Dial a connection" and click on Apply > Ok.
