Don't think it's doable. They are even closing the evaluation versions of the RC March 1. The only one I know of that's got a 90 day free lic. is 'Enterprise Edition' which isn't a market item, yet if you go to Microsoft.com>Windows 7; type Windows 7 Evaluation, you'll get a hit for this.

Good luck

Rick. Nice try, but that is Enterprise. And I doubt he has an account anyway.

I try to get enterprice but they wont allow me becuase is not for student>>>
I had this problem!!!
My Dad bought himself a new laptop witch came with Vista 64 bits...bottom line he doesn't like it at all... I’m an student (DBA) and have no idea if or how I can downgrade his new HP laptop to XP pro - I try a couple of times and had to recover system from the recovery kid due to a blue screen error message trying to load XP pro. So researching I found out that I could get a trial of 3 days from Win 7 Ultimate edition.
The problem with that, i can't find anywhere a trial for him to use and see if he likes it better than Vista.
Any ideas, suggestion or answers!!!!
Thanks,
FDC

You cannot get a trial for W7 Ultimate. That's it. No chance.

I agree with LH, a trial of Windows 7 Ultimate is simply not available.
