Hey everyone,

I've searched but can not find the answer to that question. Can someone tell me where FF profile folder is located on windows 7 Pro? I am trying to copy my profile from xp over so that i can recover bookmarks, passwords, etc. I can not use Mozbackup since the xp machine is dead. I was able to pull those files off the drive and jsut want ot move them over to Windows 7. Thanks.

Found it...didn't dawn on me that it would be the same as Vista.
C:\Users\<Windows login/user name>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile folder>

There are 2 profiles folders. There is another one in AppData\Local.

Thanks LH. I was able to get my bookmarks, passwords, etc using the roaming path. Maybe they are the same?

No. That one in Local holds the cache. When FF goes a bit squirrely, that is the 1st place I go, and delete all the files in it.
